The location was perfect. It was walking distance to the colosseum, the main train station and bus stations which takes you to the Trevi fountain. Cristiano was very welcoming and showed us all amenities of the property, as well as provide us with recommendations of local restaurants that were authentic and delicious. The property itself was spotless, everything was clean and the room was spacious enough for me to open up the big suitcase. It was also airconditioned and we felt very comfortable during our stay during the hot summer days. We would definitely rebook this property when we return to Rome in the future!

Our stay at Clemy in Rome was very pleasant and comfortable, in regards to the space and facilities. The room was spacious, clean and cozy, with everything we needed in it and the adjacent common space. The location was very good, with metro station, supermarket and restaurants at a short distance. We really enjoyed the pasticceria at the ground level of the building, for a fresh and tasty breakfast. Aside from this, what also contributed to us enjoying our stay was Cristiano being a wonderful host, friendly and kind, very helpful with suggestions, tips and information for navigating the city.

Outstanding location, close to the main attractions in Rome, walking or taking the metro from a nearby station. Also, the property is on a quiet street, in an authentic Italian neighborhood, close to excellent restaurants with great and affordable food. Felt very safe even walking at night. Cleanliness was superb and well maintained by the owners, who clearly take pride in their business. The owner, Cristiano, was very personable, responsive, prompt, helpful and extremely attentive to make our stay very pleasant and run smoothly. Great property for shorter or longer stays. Price was very reasonable.

We had lovely experience at Clemy in Rome. The room was nice and clean. Free coffee (nespresso) and tea is available. The place is in walking distance of the colloseum, foro romano and Palentine hill. A nice place to eat is Trattoria Morgana and Ristorante pizzeria Da Michele just a few steps away. When you leave, they can safekeep your luggage at Clemy in Rome till you pick it up that day. They will provide you a key so you can get inside. Last but not least, Cristiano, the host, is very friendly and wonderful man, who will help you with every question you have. You will have a wonderful experience during your stay here.

This location is excellent and right in the center so everything is walkable. The train station is not far either. Plenty of good restaurants and coffee shops close by. There is an excellent one called Taliani right across the street. Fabulous pastries and excellent coffee. The host was wonderful and very kind. He was able to accommodate our late arrival as well. The room is large and there is a nice king size bed. The location was quiet which allowed for a good night's rest. Great value for money.

Clemy In Rome is a 3-bed apartment with a communal kitchen/lounge area. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and provided cookies, tea/coffee. The location is also nice. It's situated in Monti which is very close to the Colesseum and is a very quiet and safe area. There are cafes, bars, and restaurants, however it isn't loud/lively like the more central areas which is a positive for me. The host will also give you a special key if you need to store your luggage after check-out which was useful. I had no issues with the check in experience (done in-person), the bed or cleanliness. The bathroom is compact but does the job and was clean.

Cristiano was an excellent host, waiting to make sure he was there for our arrival, being very clear with everything and providing all that we needed. He also went above and beyond by noticing the date on my wife's passport that it was her birthday and went out and bought some cake for us! What a gent!

We definitely recommend this guest house ! Location is perfect! Not even 10 minutes walking from the Coliseo and in about 30 minutes you can reach all the other main destinations (one hour for the Vatican). The room was really clean and confortable. You get everything like in an hotel (coffee, the, cake,…) but you also get a lot of personal help from the owner, Cristiano. He is always available to provide some information about the city! Was really helpful! You also get some really good restaurants at 2 minutes walking!

The location is bang in the centre..a couple of minutes away from Vittorio Emanuel metro. The room is very comfortable and clean. Very good and stocked bathroom. There is a communal kettle,fridge and teas & coffee available 24 hrs,plus some biscuits and cake. A very good Italian restaurant (a place where Italians eat) is just round the corner...booking is advisable. Supermarkets and other shops are just across the road. Cristiano is super and very considerate. He gave us sound advice that made our stay a lot easier.He even checked on us to make sure that our taxi (which he booked for us) had arrived.

We booked a room for three for a long weekend visit. Our room was spacious, very comfortable and extremely clean, with a well equipped bathroom. Cristiano and Clemy were super helpful with suggestions about local restaurants and things to do and very responsive to any requests. The location is ideal, 10 minute walk to the Colosseum and close to buses, trams and metro connecting everywhere. Our experience was 10 out 10. Grazie Cristiano e Clemy! We'll be back for sure.
